ROASTED PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS:

Red bell peppers, Tomatoes, Canned tuna, Grilled sardines, Scallions, Salt, Hard-boiled eggs, Vinegar, Olive oil.

PREPARATION:

Red peppers are roasted in the oven or on a grill over an open flame, giving them a special flavor. In a saucepan, boil two or three tomatoes. Once cooled, peel, chop, and place the red peppers and tomatoes in a dish. Add plenty of finely chopped raw scallions, canned tuna, and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Season with salt and vinegar, stirring to mix flavors. Finally, add the grilled sardines in pieces (they can also be served separately) and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Place the dish on the table, and it's ready to be served.
